Ekanta, deeply connected to the forces of nature and supported by a genuine vocation for art, has influenced an entire generation of producers and has also become an example for women in the scene. Her pioneering spirit and experience have taken her to the most important events of psychedelic culture around the world, where she guides dancefloors with sensitivity, creativity, and positivity.

As a music producer, Ekanta is currently at one of the best moments of her career. At the end of 2021, she released her second album, “Vozes”, via Vagalume Records, inspired by sacred chants, ancestral medicines, and, of course, the infinite possibilities of psytrance. Trained in the field in Amsterdam, all of her musical references feed into her creative process, and for more than 20 years Ekanta has been spreading joy through music.

Ekanta’s relationship with the different aspects of her life is one of symbiosis, where everything connects and transforms one another. In this abundance of love, her family is a driving force as powerful as any personal achievement—especially today, as she enjoys the presence of her grandchildren, something that has renewed her inspiration to continue releasing music that deeply touches those around her.
